The driver maintainer Stephen Hemminger can’t seem to fix this because he can’t duplicate the error of getting the card to lock up. Do you use the same model as the original bug reporter?
Please test the kernel and update this bug with the results. Within 48 hours, a network card using the sky2 driver will lock the entire system.
